Mont Saint-Michel
Erected on a small island, surrounded by a stunning bay, the Mont Saint-Michel keeps on fascinating. Listed as World Heritage by UNESCO since 1979, the Mont Saint-Michel and its bay welcome nearly 2,5 million visitors per year.
At spring tide, the ismand unveils a new sight. Still as majestic, almost bewitching, it creates a new setting, subject to the changing weather.

- Admire the buildings and assets of this medieval town
- Stroll around on the ramparts
- Visit the Benedictin abbey, a remarkable medieval monument with religious and military inspirations
- Visit the museums: the archéoscope (multimedia show about the construction of the Mont), the historical museum, the museum of the sea and ecology, the Logis Tiphaine (home of Bertrand Duguesclin)
- Cross the bay (on bare feet!). An absolute must. It is highly recommended to be accompanied by a guide.
